Initial call is generated by the telemarketer from the call center. Their task is to identify such prospects that are looking for some help regarding their financial situation. Call is then transferred to our in-house verification department, where the verifier screens the prospect for criteria, intent and time availability of the prospect to speak with one of your officer. Verifier dials the transfer number of the advisor and provides him the name and track ID of the prospect. Your advisor can immediately pull up the details of the prospect from our web-portal through their login account and start speaking with the prospect.

This way the 3-way call conferencing is completed. We record all the conversations for training and quality assurance.

Call - verified Real time leads

The qualified prospect generated by the telemarketer of the call center is transferred to our in-house verification center, where one of our verifier screens the prospect for filters and the intent. Here the verifier closes the call mentioning that one our advisor will be calling back in next 20 - 30 minutes for providing the further details of the program. The information is then uploaded on the real time basis on our web-portal and an email is sent out to you by our customer service department as the lead initiation. Thereon, you can call back the prospect immediately with all the info in front of our screen.

Batch leads (Appointment leads)

Call is generated by the telemarketer from the call center. They identify the prospect that are looking for some help regarding their financial situation. After confirming the qualifying filters, the telemarketer sets an appointment for your advisor to call back the prospect. Call is closed mentioning the prospect that one of our expert advisor will be calling back in next 24 hours to go through the program.

Details of these appointments are then sent to you in a spreadsheet by the end of the day. Same is uploaded on our web-portal as well so that you an export the data in your desired format and call back the prospect at the appointment time.
